Planet Media — Fashion, Shot to Dominate

The Story

We didn't wait for a seat at the table. We built the stage.

Dominant Planet Media exists because fashion's most exciting generation was being photographed by people who didn't understand it. So we picked up the camera ourselves.

Chapter 01 — The Itch

It started with a gap nobody was filling

Everywhere we looked, the same story: incredible young designers with phone-shot lookbooks, models with talent but no book, brands paying agencies that treated a silk lehenga like a soap ad. The talent was here. The eye was missing.

DPM began as a bet: that a team fluent in both editorial craft and internet culture — the 0.5-second scroll, the save-worthy carousel, the reel that loops — could give this generation the imagery it actually deserved.

Chapter 02 — The Proof

Then the front row called

Covering Delhi Times Fashion Week changed everything. Celebrity showstoppers, designer lineups, one chance per look under brutal runway lighting — and DPM delivered frames the press could run the same night.

"Access like that isn't given. It's earned one frame at a time."

That week proved our thesis: when you put fashion-native eyes behind the lens, the work doesn't just document the moment — it becomes the moment.

Chapter 03 — The Community

Then we opened the doors

Most agencies chase audiences. We grew one. The #DPMWalkChallenge invited anyone — any face, any background — to post their walk and get seen. Five weeks of spotlight picks later, our feed had become something rare: a place where fashion's next generation participates instead of just watching.

That community is now part of everything we do. When a brand shoots with DPM, it doesn't just get images — it steps in front of people who already care.

Three rules we never break.

House Rules
Rule 01

Every frame earns its place

If a shot wouldn't survive on a magazine cover or stop a scroll, it doesn't leave our studio. Volume is easy; standards are the job.

Rule 02

Speed is respect

Fashion moves in hours, not weeks. 48-hour previews and same-night event selects aren't a perk — they're the baseline.

Rule 03

New faces welcome

We were the outsiders once. Models without books, designers without budgets get our best eye too — that's how planets grow.

The people behind the planet

Faces, not a faceless agency
